Sunny skies

It was so lovely out today that I thought I'd take a ride down to Carkeek Park and visit the upper level, which has a sweeping view of Puget Sound.  I was somewhat hampered in my picture taking by the fact that the bright sun turned the screen into a black mirror and I had to just point in what seemed the right direction and click.  This is the best of the not very exciting lot.  Usually there's more drama out there - more clouds, visible mountains, boats on the water - but today there was just this general pleasantness.

I didn't get down to Ballard to pick up my new glasses today, but it's my plan for tomorrow and I'll blip them for you.
