Advent Calendar Challenge Day 21

Anuk's Advent Calendar Challenge gave us a choice of subjects for today: either "End of the World" or "Christmas Decoration". At the time of writing, the world still hasn't ended (and I've not noticed any aliens helping to save us) so I have chosen "Christmas Decorations".

This shows some of the decorations on our Christmas Tree. For those who observe more closely (view large), it also includes the first self-portrait I have blipped, although I am largely hidden by the camera and tripod. If I had thought a bit more carefully, I might have tidied up the room behind me (which I had been using as a studio to take photographs of the Mrs' latest Christmas wreath).
