a walk in the Garden of the Gods

I was very excited to partake in my first Blipmeet today in my own backyard! MaryElizaR drove from South Carolina, with Joyce06 from Florida, and picked up dbf24 (Diane from Milwaukee) at the Denver airport. Then the three of them met me at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs this afternoon. Sadly, it was a cloudy, cold and blustery day so Pikes Peak was no where to be seen, and there was no blue sky to set off the beautiful red rocks. But that did not squelch our joy in being together taking photos!
