Yellow

We drove to north Suffolk today to see the opening of the East Anglian Federation annual exhibition.  As always, a very good display with a wide range of subjects and styles.  Natural history was less dominant this year (although there were still some excellent images) and there was a noticeable rash of gentle, soft, delicate landscapes.

This was my most successful year, with 5 of my 6 submitted prints being accepted.  Four of the prints were displayed together as a panel (see extra) as they were all similar subjects (environmental portraits taken in Kolkata last November).

On the drive to and from the gallery we passed many fields glowing yellow in the sunshine between the showers.  We stopped for a quick photograph while the rain held off briefly.
