A day in the life

Bloom

We've had a whole week now with temperatures close to or below ten degrees, unusually cold for this time of year. There are quite a few showers of rain as well which is good because the dry soil really need to fill its ground level reserves. Rain has led to lots of flowering fruit bearing trees but it's so cold the bees and the bumblebees are hardly flying to pollinate. So, we might see an abundance of flowers but hardly any fruit this year, time will tell.
