The night before Christmas Eve

Last night, as every year, the blue nativity insert goes up in the church next door. No-one ever sees it being done even though it must be quite a task to haul it up there.
But to me it is a time to finish with all the preparations and get on with enjoying Christmas.So shortly it will be out with the mulled wine and mince pies and a game of Trivial Pursuit with the family.
