InfraRed ICM

A last fling this morning for the bluebell season.  Definitely past their best but, with all that's coming up this week, it was now or never.  I went along to Dancersend Nature Reserve - not full of bluebells like some other places but still plenty to photograph. I decided on a creative abstract approach so used mostly a zoom lens wide open.  One of these in extras.

I also used my IR camera - a converted Panasonic which gives striking contrasts with the bright sun and green foliage.  as it's mono monday I have blipped a woodland scene using ICM and converted to mono.  A friend has sent me links to better ways for conversions at which I must look more closely.

There's always something new to learn!
