It didn't take long for this female Douglas squirrel to discover that the low bird feeder had a fresh suet and seed cake in it! 

She settled in for a leisurely lunch, followed by a demonstration of several artistic poses (see extras), unconcerned by my looming presence.

Back to learning the alto part for Mozart's "Coronation Mass" and "Versperae Solennes de Confessore," grateful for four years of high school Latin.
