Just ..........

............ a set of measuring spoons from the kitchen drawer.

TinyTuesday208  (TT208) - thanks to ninniex for hosting and suggesting "Mineral".

I hadn't seen the optional challenge subject before I took this close-up photo and decided to use it however I am happy that I can tag it confidently as these are made of stainless steel and the internet reliably informs me that:

Stainless steel is a metal alloy, made up of steel mixed with elements such as chromiumnickelmolybdenum, silicon, aluminum, and carbonIron mixed with carbon to produce steel is the main component of stainless steel. Chromium is added to make it resistant to rust.

Magnetite and goethite are minerals that contain a lot of iron and are used to make steel.  Steel is mixed with chromium to stop it from rusting. Chromium comes from the mineral chromite.

Fits the bill albeit serendipitously ........ (never thought I would use those two words together on blip!!)   :o))
