Fit4Life class

I had my interim assessment on the Fit4Life programme today at the Peak Sports centre in Stirling.
 
 ( This is part of the NHS referral scheme following knee replacement.)
 
Grrrrr…9 weeks into the programme and there is hardly any change.
 Must try harder.
