Robin singing his heart out in the tree late this afternoon.

We've had a disrupted day, with showers, but I managed to plant up some stuff and do some weeding.  W has sorted out the 4th raised bed, ready for assorted brassicas - sprouts, purple sprouting, calabrese.  Hopefully this time we'll be able to keep the cabbage whites off them.

We also had two visits from Open Garden organisers.  Both were complimentary about our garden - but then, they would be!  We are garden No. 12.  It looks as if there are some interesting gardens - 20 gardens in total - £5 for a ticket valid both days, money going to EACH for The Nook appeal - please do make the time to visit if you are local.
