Allium

One of the alliums in our "oak terrace" bed.  We have a selection, some large, some small, mainly white and purple.  Many that flowered last year have split, and produced two flowers this year.  They're looking pretty good.  W has staked the taller ones - we don't want to lose any if there is a wind between now and the Open Garden weekend.

In other news, we have our number - we are garden number 12 - and a programme, so that we can see what we are missing, since we will be unable to go round the gardens ourselves this year.
