Memorial Day

Memorial Day is the day we honour those that made the ultimate sacrifice by dying while in service of their country.

Kent & I were outside at 6am again today watering the plants before the heat of the day. I also took my photos then. Princess decided to drink from the garden fountain before the sun was up high enough to activate the fountain.

Kent headed off to work and I cut some flowers for myself and some for Runyon. I spent several hours with Runyon helping him sort through his medical bills and verify what he is and isn’t responsible for.

Yesterday we had a temperature high of 100°F/37.8°C and today it was 98°F/36.7°C with no relief forecast until we get thunderstorms on Friday.
