Back to work today......

On another matter, AJ has been having some problems with the bathroom in her flat, mainly that the toilet is too high and being 4’6” doesn’t help. It was suggested that purchasing a “toilet platform” may help. I ordered said equipment, it arrived, put into position but not effective. I rang to arrange a return only to be informed that ”for hygiene reasons” return was not possible. Ggggrrrrrrrr. Nothing in the details of the webpage, no indication in the order details or the delivery details, but informed tgat in the terms and conditions (within general section) some items may not be returned etc. Out of pocket, angry and brewing for complaint. It has not been on or touched the toilet (which comes out of the wall no pedestal) :(
