Nuthatch

I usually see Nuthatch in the garden and not so much when I'm out and about so I was especially pleased to have this one pop into the hide today.  I still haven't seen the Tree Creeper or the Kingfisher but I live in hope. :-)

I've been to Pilates today, I'm still surprised when I can do the exercises easily (or at least fairly easily) as I was shocked when I first went at how poor my fitness levels were.  Jack has started a new regime of interval training, nothing too rigorous but by all accounts this is all we need to do to be fit and healthy;  I hope this proves to be the case.
