Sculptural

The rhododendron blossom carpets the woodland floor. I liked the sculptural quality of the bush from which it has fallen.

The plant is a nuisance in woodland, and here quite a bit has been cleared. But some has also been retained, bringing additional colour to the green wood.

This sits within the site of the most interesting construction project going on in Salford at the moment.
