Dear Diary,

The red cat is a happening place in my yard!  Critters of all shapes, sizes and colors like to perch on its head.  Yesterday it was the indigo bunting and today it is Rosie!  It has been a focal point since I put it there 9 years ago.  It marks the resting place of Purrcilla, my cat who died in October of 2010, but it is also the temporary resting place for all my current little friends and it always makes me smile to see them sitting up there taking in their world.
