Twinkling

A gloomy, grey day that got wetter and wetter, though the really heavy rain held off until I got back from Tai Chi!

MrM thought it was clearing up a little in the evening so, ever hopeful of seeing red squirrels, we headed off for a short walk on the Common. But by the time we got there the heavens had opened, so we didn't stay long! Amazingly, it was quite still so I took a few shots from the shelter of an umbrella. Quite like the way the raindrops on the larch leaves are twinkling.
