Still Life 1

These are Richard of Chichester roses from my plant in the front garden.  It was bought for its sweet perfume, its beauty and as a symbol of my hopes for the Troubled young Man (Richard) when he was sentenced.  It is still blooming beautifully 3 years on and Richard is doing better.  Anyway, I digress.

I have decided to have a go at Camera School this year - good intentions.  Very scared.  So I decided to have a go at the still life - the task for this month.  I hadn't got some of the things I need but I thought Blippers might be gentle with me in offering comments for improvement...
