Morning light in Stourhead

We were up early this morning ie before 7am for a wander around the lake at Stourhead.  It was a lovely stroll the sounds of birdsong, a heron flying past to land in a tree and the very tame ducks still half asleep on the grass. The light was still very rich and the reflections came and went as the breeze changed.  A lovely way to start the day.  

After breakfast and a wander around parts we hadn't explored we headed back home as the weather slowly deteriorated.  It has been a great short break.
