I was so touched in the middle of a crazy busy day today, to be given these flowers by a member of another team who I had helped, and  worked to solve the problem of a misplaced training session yesterday :)

Absolutely pooped after the crazy day its been....

Dinner, followed by some TV catch up and bed!
