Brandade

Brandade (salt cod, olive oil, and potato spread) on toasted baguette, cucumber tsukemono, and salad. Wine: the rest of last night’s Corsican white blend.

This was a delicious meal. (My salt cod scorning husband was less keen, but he managed—he’s had too many particularly pungent bacalhau preparations in Brazil, creating a pretty strong aversion.)
