Sorrel Pesto Rice at Sqirl

We were in L.A. today and went to Sqirl for lunch. I had the Sorrel Pesto Rice (Kokhuho rose brown rice, sorrel pesto, preserved meyer lemon, lacto-fermented hot sauce, watermelon radish, French sheep feta, poached egg, and house-made pork sausage) [pictured], and we split some brioche toast with quince jam for dessert. It was fantastic!
