Wild Boar Sausage and Lentils

Wild boar sausage (from D’Artagnan), lentils with chard, and bok choy sauerkraut. Salad of arugula and radish greens.

I’m very pleased with how this meal came together. Getting outlandish quantities of produce for two people each week has spurred my creativity quite a bit. The bok choy sauerkraut is the first thing I ever fermented myself, and it is delicious on its own and provided a great contrast to the livery sausage.
