Groningen, photo course

It's Wednesday again, time for another lesson in photography.

We took our students to Groningen for their second practical lesson (5th lesson in total). Purpose was to practise all the things they've learned by now: correct use of aperture, shutterspeed ánd, most important, composition.

We started with a bucket of coffee at Starbucks and after that everybody started to expose pixels.
It's great to see improvement in the photography of all of them, they've made huge steps over the past few weeks.

One of the students told me that every now and then he takes a photo using the (old) automatic settings to compare that one with the settings he now uses. The automatic one is immediately erased after that.

Another one said it was a pity that the course is almost coming to an end now, she would have loved to continue for a while. She even suggested to organize a reunion in a few months.

The evening ended around 21.45.
Another succesful lesson had come to an end.
