Most of my day (9.00am till 17.20 pm) has been spent in two consecutive meetings in this room, excepting 20 minutes when I left for a quick lunch break. During which I had an alarming senior moment, quite abstracted.
Everyone was pretty exhausted by the end.
What it never is is boring. Salford people are direct, and do not beat about the bush. And the culture here is one of very open debate. Which makes it challenging, we always have to be on our toes. I have no problem with that. We live in a democracy thank goodness, and it should involve challenge.
