Three bears iPlayer

I laughed out loud when I switched on the television to find some entertainment during my morning exercise bike efforts. I felt like one of the three bears when I saw that my nephew Paddy, who stayed in our flat for a while when we were away on holiday, had added himself to our iPlayer viewer list. I then decided that it was about time that I popped my own name on there too.

I've been rushing around all day trying to get through a long list of tasks before we set off for the airport in the morning (at 04:00am!) I'm pleased that I managed to fit both 'exercise' and 'hairdresser' in around the packing.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike.
