As predicted ...

After a damp night the sun is back and, as predicted, the warmth has started to open the lovely poppies.

I liked this angle showing the spots on the underside petals of the open flower and the light filtering through the petals.

Lots more buds still to open thankfully as the flowers don’t last long.
