Six

Longest day today: even as I write this (around 11pm) there is still light in the sky.  The weather was better today as well, with a fair bit of sunshine.  I could hope that this is the start of summer proper - but I notice the weather forecast for the next couple of days includes warnings of "thunderstorms, may bring torrential rain and lightning with possible flooding and disruption to travel". Maybe summer is cancelled this year.

Still, a good day visiting family in the Midlands.  It was good to drop in on our great niece who celebrated her 6th birthday today.
