Another NE icon

A good day for a drive home.  I got home with tome to cut the grass, sit briefly in the garden, catch up with Y next door and get the fox update before it got cooler.  Another deluge is forecast for tomorrow.

The change of plan for today had a good outcome.  H, a friend of 54 years (!), was in town so came down for an unexpected catch up, and driven by her sister C.  It was good to see them both.

After the late night, or is that early morning, it was an early night for me once they'd gone.
