LONDON DAY 2...

.... another slow start with a late night for Alice at the Harry Potter Show, but we headed out and had a superb breakfast at the Albion Hotel Cafe - as you can see from the pics looks good eh!!

Anyway, we headed out feeling content, and found our way to Buckingham Palace etc, the pics are here on Flickr if you wish.

The weather went from rain/snow/hail to end a great sunny day (again), and we met up with a relative of our son in law who showed us around a few spots we certainly would not have done.

Along the way we ran into a pretty big rally pushing the concern against abortion. At one point we where being "corralled" into the rally by the security guys, but we quickly headed ahead and away.

At Westminster Abbey we certainly would not have realised there is a cafe  here so our local guide did well.

Found our way quickly and easily (with his guidance) along to Harrods which was just amazing.

Some of you know our mate up at Blackheath Hobbs is a mad watch collector so I especially found him this beauty at Harrods.
The girls had great fun checking out the "extensive" array of toys.

A bit more looking around and it was time to head for dinner. We decided a pub pie meal in order and our local contact found this! It was awesome.

Another awesome day and at all times on our trip we have made sure the girls had enjoyment as well, so we made sure of "play time" during the day.

Enjoy and have look in LARGE
