It is Peony Season at Last

Dear Diary,

Every photographer has favorite themes that they keep coming back to.  For me, turkey feathers always draw my attention in the winter as does ice "art" and in June it is white peonies.  They are very late this year.  We have had a few heavy rains so they don't last very long but I was able to get a photograph of this beauty.  White peonies are the most delicate and short lived in my garden.  I'm glad I was able to add another to my series.
