Herbert

Meet Herbert, a Lytham Shrimper!  Herbert is constructed from 1400 individual plants.  He once visited the RHS Tatton Park Flower show as part of the Lytham in Bloom exhibit and now spends his summer sitting on the bench in the town centre.  

I think he had just been watered!
