More Light And Shadow

It looked like being a hot day - clear blue sky at 5:30 a.m. - so after a coffee I took Finlay out for an early walk. We went in the cooler woods, where the sun was producing patches of light. I was attracted by the ‘spotlight’ on the tree base on the far bank of the beck with the reflection in the water.

I got loads of washing prepared but the sun went in and the wind dropped - so not much good for drying - taken all day to dry a duvet cover and pillow cases! It is quite chilly too.

A day of ‘admin’ and tidying and I also got a beer brew set up this afternoon…
