Seeing the light

Thought the cafe ceiling lights in the Wellcome Foundation offered an abstract on a plate! We were there to see the Smoke and Mirrors exhibition, which looked at the psychology and brain-tricking illusions of conjuring, sleight of hand, misdirection and so forth over the years, from Houdini's escapology and Victorian séance trickery to modern illusionists and openly tricking brain-foolers such as Derren Brown. Off to the theatre tonight to see The Play that Goes Wrong.
