Summer Skies

Dear Diary,

How I love summer skies.  Here, they start out clear blue in the morning and then as the heat builds during the day, so do the clouds.  We call these thunder heads but we've just had the heat, sweltering heat for days!, and no thunder storms.  I am in great hopes that will change today with some rain and thunderstorms developing.  We are in desperate need of rain.  I have to go out every day and deeply water the new plants.  Maybe it is the heat but I'm not feeling terrible well this morning.  I hope some relief is on the way.
