7.30 am

and we were  virtually the only people there - unbelievably wonderful. They clambered; I wandered; the sun shone - idyllic. Gradually others arrived and then the first bus came down - and we were glad of the ride back up, especially as it was free with a NT card.

Then the two young ones ran back along the coastal way, whilst we prepared breakfast.

A beautiful day with sunshine and blues skies and we spent it mainly exploring this lovely coast. Two of the party (father and daughter) managed the scary rope bridge (see extra). We all loved the idyllic Ballintoy harbour (Game of Thrones link again apparently). We missed the Bushmills tours, but whiskey was tasted and purchased anyway.

Later we walked along to the Bay Hotel, had a delicious meal and watched the sun go down over the water.

What a  fab day. Tomorrow is Derry.
