Le Feu

A day of meeting up with friends and family. 

I met up with my Wednesday friends for a lovely post-cruise catch up - coffee and cake in a French café. I had a 'religieuse' - one of my favourite French pastries made of two choux pastry cases filled with chocolate crème pâtissière as if I haven't had enough indulgences during my cruise! - yum! 

Then a lovely visit to my daughter-in-law and youngest granddaughter who was being at her most charming and utterly delightful!

Le soir, j'ai parlé en français. Du fromage, du pain, du vin..... on a rit beaucoup!
