Lemonade

"When life gives you lemons, make some lemonade." My first foray into macro photography today, which like anytime in photography when you have a new toy, it's easy to go overboard. And I did. However, it's not as easy as it looks. Sure, get close, make things big and see the world from a new perspective, but just as with all genres, making an interesting image takes practice, so I'll be doing some more I think.

Now I'm restricted by limited access to the woods that I enjoyed in winter and spring, due to dense undergrowth and by mosquitoes, I'm trying to make the most of what I've got - hence the quote.

So here's the flower on our lemon tree which is already bearing tiny fruit.
