Enlightenment

Working at a conference today - the 15th International Congress on the Enlightenment being held at Edinburgh University. After the opening session in the McEwan Hall the delegates scattered to numerous simultaneous sessions in lecture theatres and seminar rooms across the campus. Quite liked this speaker in animated pose. Later on I ended up photographing someone I knew - he used to work with my mum in the museum and years ago he helped me with my school CSYS Geography course, giving some guidance on fieldwork techniques. Small world!
