Can you ever really know?

For the first time in forever I have a headache.

It’s Uber sore and it’s not shifting.

The heat isn’t helping and I took off windows wide, in the car at 920pm and headed for the beach. The prospect of cycling too much effort for my head.

I stood with my feet in the water and enjoyed the cold, but no head relief.

i drove round the town - head out the window and enjoyed the changing colours of the sky - and spotted these two Uber keen ladies exercising up the banking!
