Dunbar Loony Dook

3, 2, 1... And they're in! The weather was perfect for today's Dook at Dunbar East Beach. I was in the water early, wetsuit-ed and quite comfortable, to watch hundreds of folk fling themselves into the North Sea in their shorts and T-shirts. Brilliant fun! Raising money for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland there was a great turn-out and spirits were high.
