Dahlia!

I was watching atutorial on flower photography recently, the presenter said "if you include an insect in the shot it ceases to be a flower shit and becomes an insect shot".    So just to be perverse I have entitled this Dahlia!

The insect in this flower shot is (I am fairly sure) a Marmalade Hoverfly I can't see the eyes to tell if it is male of female.  The shot was taken during our regular visit to Dobbies Garden Centre, after popping into our wholesaler for various supplies for the holiday Lodge.
