finally - my careful stalking - of the community gardens - has paid off and i found - a ladybug!

for whatever reason - just like butterflies this year - ladybugs have been few and far between - it’s the first of august already - holy cow, people, the first of august - and this is the 1st ladybug - i’ve set eyes on - clearly there’s something wrong here - but it’s not my area of expertise - so i’m at a loss to - explain it away

at any rate - she was waiting for me - willing to pose momentarily - on her leaf before - heading for the safety of cover - that was enough - for me to make it...
