Is it a Gormley?

No, it's just someone enjoying the receding tide and improving weather in Elie.

I took the afternoon off, and we spent it in Elie, a bit of wandering around (when it was warm, but grey), then a very early supper in the Ship Inn. We then hotfooted it a couple of villages along to Pittenweem and enjoyed GY's opening evening of the Art Festival. We'll be putting our new painting up mighty soon!

It was a beautiful evening for a wander around Pittenweem. I've only ever visited the harbour once before, and definitely never in summer. Very picturesque indeed.

An easy journey back to Edinburgh as it got dark.
