Trying

Took this on the top of Exmoor whilst at a customers.....this was the best of the sun trying to break through. Not the greatest of pics, but learning quickly a) things that look good to the eye do not necessarily look good through a lens and b) auto focus is a pain in the a#$&. Need to get the new camera out.

Yesterday ended on a sad note as a friend advised that his father had died unexpectedly. Having lost both my parents without notice I can understand his situation.

Steady at work today, but one bit of good news was finally having a dry enough period for the office flat roof to be properly recovered. We had to do something as we were running out of buckets to catch the drips in.....

SWMBO took J & B to archery & rifle shooting today. J returned with a rifle target with a neat hole in the middle. Either crack shooting or handy use of a finger.....
