In the night I had a major headache.  It's gone now, all but its shadow.  I think it's to do with the change in my meds.  So instead of going out or doing useful things, the day has been spent - apart from this - sitting in a comfortable chair snoozing. Ridiculous!  Can't wait to get to bed.
