Mischievous old man!

Well the forecast today was for a full day of rain on Skye, but we dodged the showers and smugly whispered 'in your face weatherforcasters' as we hardly had a drop fall on us!  A trip to Stein first thing, hello midges.....then a  gentle walk up to Skye Skyn tanneries - interesting industry there indeed.  Fingerless gloves bought, though I hope I won't need them just yet.  On to Edinbane potteries....lovely but expensive....then Uig....then up and over the top of Skye, past Kilt Rock, far far far too busy to stop and then we noticed a perpendicular thingy up on the mountains.  Pulled over to have a look and decided to walk up the hillside to have a closer look.  Well up and up and up and up we vertically went to see him, him being 'The Old Man of Storr', only when we got up there....he had his misty cloak on.  We waited....he teased....but nope.  So down we came....and then he decided to take his top off......mischievous old man! 
Highland games in Portree tomorrow, should be interesting.....
And maybe off the beaten track on Thursday.....gosh it's busy in these parts!
