Fireworks Again

Another shot from the New Year's Eve fireworks on Playa La Ropa. I mentioned yesterday how in Mexico one could get as close as desired to action. This shot shows just such a person in the lower right, standing much nearer to the exploding fountain of fire than I would be comfortable with. They show no fear, but I prefer to be a bit more distance, plus it allows me to get the whole stream in one photo. The lights of Zihuatanejo are in the background across the bay. Just wish I would have had a tripod along to increase their sharpness. There is always next year.
