IRIS

We had really heavy rain this morning so I decided to stay indoors in the hope the weather would clear up later.  Fortunately it did.  In fact it turned into a really nice day - dry and warm.

So I got the bus to Gateshead.  Shopping in Tesco and Iceland. When I got home I did some ironing. 

The heavy rain returned this evening.  And there have been power cuts - I'm glad I wasn't affected.

My blip shot is a miniature  Iris - one of a bunch I bought in Morrisons on Wednesday.  Thanks to BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday
